Paging Doctor Jolly West

Louis Joylan West began as the young poor child of immigrants in Brooklyn and would be using his will and intelligence to make a stellar rise within the psychiatric community.

He became the youngest person to ever lead a college department at a major university before he was thirty and would offer his expertise to several government groups. Yet he used this expertise to not heal but perfect methods of inducement using deceptive techniques of control.

He sought to demonstrate the erasure and alteration of memory at the behest of others while studying human behavior and specialized in observing human suffering of all kinds as he learned the intricacies of distorting perception with drugs and chemicals.

According to evidence and witnesses, some of the people he influenced might be among the most infamous names of the last century.
