New Info Oswald Mexico City

The Ochelli Effect 1-9-2020 Carmine Savastano and Larry Hancock

Many complex questions remain unanswered regarding JFK’s alleged assassin Lee Harvey Oswald. Murky details also remain unrevealed regarding events that took place in Mexico’s Capital City in 1963 that suspect Oswald may or may not have participated in.

Lee Harvey Oswald visited Mexico City several weeks earlier, apparently to obtain a visa that would allow the self-proclaimed Marxist to defect to Cuba. U.S. Ambassador Thomas C. Mann, a veteran diplomat, knew more than many have suspected, seemingly knowing C.I.A. surveillance during our favorite suspect’s visit to diplomatic complexes in Mexico City.

Nikolai Leonov (spelling may be contested) is a curious KGB asset in Mexico City at this time in 1963, who may if examined provide greater insights into much of the goings-on there, but may also be somehow related to the blonde Oswald concept.

All of the above along with contextual information and new examinations of publicly displayed accounts are discussed.

The credit for the research that reveals many new leads on this subject goes to Carmine.

In the next few months, both Carmine and Larry will be releasing brand new books. We look forward to featuring their work on the show.
